The man responsible for the creation of this book has passed away. But we continue his legacy. We offer up to date information about the rules and regulations of the Oversize, Overweight and Heavy Haul divisions. 

We use multiple sources, including personal communications, to get the most up to date information available and compile into one easy to read book. All information was obtained to the best of our knowledge and does not take the place of any provision sheet or permit for any and all 50 states and D.C. and Canada.
